1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, items must meet the following requirements:

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@40buy.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue an expedited replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
2. Return Process

Request Authorization: Email info@40buy.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Return Label & Address: Once approved, we will provide you with the address of our nearest regional warehouse (East, Central, or West U.S.).

Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Urbness is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

Faulty/Incorrect Goods: Urbness covers 100% of return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind/Size): For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking or administrative fees.
4. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Refunds are issued for the product value only.
5. Special Provisions

Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless defective.
