From mini size to wide format, BENTSAI portable handheld printers are made with superior quality components and have gone through strict quality control from raw materials to production.
Whether it is for use in your office, store, factory, warehouse or construction, etc, with BENTSAI wide format handheld printers, you can print logos, texts, date and variable barcodes on any substrates with the height of font ranging from 2.5mm to 100mm.
BENTSAI B85 inkjet handheld printer can print logo, image, lot number, expiration date, time, alpha-numeric text, barcode and QR code.
Fast dry solvent inks perform very well when printing on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal, plastic, or glass. The B85 printer is fully mobile, handy and easy to operate and program. It weighs approximately 2.75 pounds, comes with 4 black ink cartridges and a built-in sofaware system.
4 print heads which can be used individually or spliced together, height of font ranges from 2.5mm to 100mm, innovative and personalized design.

Common Questions
Tips for printing variable contents:
- Save the data in .txt format, the encoding should be "UTF-8 with BOM (preferred)" or "UTF-8"
- The file must be named with numbers or English letters without spaces
- The file needs to be placed in the folder "database" of the U disk
For better printout performance and ink cartridge maintenance:
- Please shake the cartridge before using it, and wipe the surface of the printhead to make it clean. Please wipe the nozzle surface again after use.
- If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please cover the protective cover in time to prevent the ink cartridge from drying up and blocking the nozzle.
- Please keep printer in a well ventilated condition and away from wet areas, fire, flames and static electricity.
- The machine from v4ink Bentsai can only use the original cartridge of our company, which is incompatible with other brands. If forced to use, it may burn the machine or the encryption chip.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
