Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

It fits great and I followed all instructions. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was the pressure even though I changed the position hurt my top and bottom front teeth. Outside of that it worked.Updated the company sent a refund and did not ask for change of review at all. They just wanted me to be happy about their produce. This thing works. It does feel awkward but how could it not. And it’ll get better after I get used to it. It drastically cut down on my snoring, according to my wife. It came out of my mouth a couple of times. She was immediately putting it back in. lol.
