1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (MST – Mountain Standard Time)
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Warehouse Dispatch: Our system automatically routes orders to the nearest facility (East, Central, or West U.S.) to minimize transit time.
2. U.S. Domestic Shipping
Our multi-warehouse network enables consistent nationwide delivery via UPS, FedEx, and USPS:
Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days from the order date.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $100.00 or more.
Standard Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $100.00.
3. International Shipping
We offer global delivery to most countries:
Transit Time: 10–15 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Rates: Rates start at $14.99 and vary by destination; final costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Specialized Handling
Oversized Items: Items exceeding 50 lbs incur a $15 surcharge due to specialized handling and carrier requirements.
5. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal.
Delivery Issues: If your shipment is delayed or shows as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@40buy.com within 48 hours for immediate assistance.
